I was a General Auditor for Department of Real Estate (DRE) for a period of 3 years. During my tenure as an auditor with DRE, I conducted many different types of audits, including audits of Property Management Brokerages, Mortgage Loan Origination Activity, Broker Escrow Activity and Resale transactions.
In addition, I am licensed by the California Board of Accountancy as a CPA. As a licensed CPA, I am required to abide by the in the California Business and Professions Code (known as the Accountancy Act), the California Board of Accountancy Regulations, and by the AICPA’s Code of Professional Conduct.​
